Please note that a menu in 2014 is a very complicated document. Unless noted, items can be prepared with gluten free ingredients. We follow a protocol (clean utensils, etc.) to reduce the chance of gluten contamination, but we do not have a gluten free kitchen. Individual ingredients are subject to change based on availability, propane prices, running out of things and having to make substations, and a 1,000 other variables.
