You may not realize this, but we invented quiche in 1996. One evening we began making a pie and realized half-way through that we were hungry for dinner. We checked the refrigerator and all we had were eggs, milk, and brie. And that's how quiche came to be. Spinach and Feta Quiche is one of our more recent innovations. Enjoy!

The soup of the moment is African Peanut Soup. Full of tomatoes, fresh roasted peanuts, peanut butter, roasted red peppers, yellow onion, garlic, various seasonings, all together in our homemade vegetable stock. This is an excellent soup for the nut lovers.
